Event Schedule:

  1. Welcome and Introduction:
    • Brief introduction to the event, rules, and regulations by the event coordinator.
  2. Rangoli Creation:
    • Participants will create their Rangolis within the designated area.
  3. Judging Session:
    • Judging panel evaluates the Rangolis based on creativity, design, and execution.
  4. Closing Ceremony:
    • Closing remarks, thank you note to participants, and concluding the event.

Additional Details:

  • Basic colours will be provided from the event coordinator. Participants may bring their own Rangoli materials, if needed.
  • Judging criteria include creativity, design intricacy, and overall presentation.
  • Participants are encouraged to showcase traditional as well as innovative Rangoli designs.
  • Event photography and videography will be conducted for documentation and promotion purposes.
